This week was dominated by the shocking news from the section of National Liberation War Veterans Association of Zimbabwe expressing their displeasure and unhappiness towards the reign of President Robert Mugabe. Last week Thursday, the National Liberation War Veterans’ Association declared that Mugabe was now a national threat and therefore should resign from office and pave way for a competent replacement.
Last week, Zanu PF Youth wing organised a march to the Party's headquaters from its Provincial Head Office located along 4th Street. Party members were mobilised in the name of parcelling out stands to the youths of the party, though in reality, it appeared the march was a protest against protests, as both songs sung during the march as well as all speakers were busy denouncing the #ThisFlag campaign and its leader, Pastor Evan Mawarire.
