The implementation of the African Union’s Agenda 2063 hinges on continent’s ability to mobilize sufficient, predictable and timely financial resources. The principle of national ownership is the gospel most African states are preaching and Zimbabwe as a member has been much involved in such process despite questions on the capacity and institutional integrity in carrying out such a responsibility.

Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, Zimbabwe at International Rescue Committee (IRC)
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (M&EM) is responsible for managing day to day M&E issues for the IRC’s consortium program funded by the UNDP Zimbabwe Resilience Building Fund. The M&EM provides technical support to the program team to ensure that quality data is collected and analyzed during implementation, and that programs have all necessary data at the close of a project.
